I removed and repaired the front header several times before giving it up as a waste of time. A local Ferrari acquaintance was ordering a skid or two of parts from Superformance.co.uk so I piggy backed my bulky header purchase onto his skid. the new header was a perfect size match for mine, it bolted right in. Having done it several times the R&R time went from 6 hours to 2. You need to remove the RH side gas tank, main water pipe and alternator. The rest is a matter of finding the right combination of socket extensions, C wrenches and S wrenches. Work from above as much as possible, especially if you don’t have a hoist (your neck muscles will thank you!)
